Pain After Shingles is Serious Pain 

Do you suffer from the pain experienced after having shingles? Also called post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN)?

• Are you at least 18 years old 
• Have had a diagnosis of PHN for at least three months 
• Are currently taking or have previously taken Neurontin (or generic Gabapentin) or Pregabalin with little relief of pain

If you take part in the study, you can expect at least nine clinic visits. Your time in the study will last about four and a half months.  There is no cost to you for all study-related office visits, medical exams and study medicine. Compensation for time and travel is provided for qualified participants.

Did You Overdo It? Lower Back Pain, Strain, Sprain or Back Spasms?

You may qualify for a clinical research study if you:

• Are 18 to 70 years of age 
• Have experienced painful muscle spasms of the lower back that started within the last three days 
• Can discontinue other treatments for pain 
• Can complete a study diary and attend up to four office visits within 14 days

Qualified participants will receive investigational medications and study-related medical care at no cost and may receive compensation for completed study visits.
