The X+raCare Card allows members to receive a medical visit at any NextCare Urgent Care facility for $68 with an additional 20% discount on any ancillary services such as x-rays, in-house labwork and prescriptions, maintained in our on-site formulary. The X Care Card offers a savings of 10% to 60% on a variety of other healthcare services. It is not insurance; it is a discount card usable for medical, doctors and specialist, dental, and vision services.
For private pay patients, the discount health card is a great way to save on variety of medical expenses.
For insured patients, the discount health card can reduce the out-of-pocket expenses from rising deductibles and gaps in coverage.
The X+raCare Card costs on $18 per month and includes your immediate family. You will be required to show your X raCare Card and a valid photo identification at the time of medical services. Payment for NextCare services is due at the time of visit.
The card offers discounts of:
- 10% to 30% on other Doctors and Specialists
- 10% to 30% on Hospitals
- 15% to 50% on Dental*
- 10% to 60% on Vision
- 10% to 60% on Prescriptions
*Anticipated national average dental charges for the 2006 calendar year based on the comparison of provider negotiated fees to national average charges. Actual costs and savings vary by provider and geographical area.
