How WAHOO (the Wait At Home Or Office Service) and Next Check-in Work --
Follow These 5 Easy Steps:
1. Submit your email address below and a link to WAHOO / Next Check-in™ will be emailed to your email account. If you do not receive the email message with link in your inbox within minutes of receiving the confirmation submit message, please check your spam/blocked email folder.
2. Follow the link in the email and begin the registration by logging in with your information or select "New Patient" if you are new to NextCare. Already a patient at NextCare but don’t know your Account/Record number? Call 800.819.8566 to speak to a Representative.
3. Complete your demographic, medical and history information online.
4. Once you submit your information, it will be reviewed by one of our Patient Resources Representatives. Our Representative will call you to confirm your information, provide further instructions based on the information you submitted, and will then let you know when you're exam room will be ready.
5. Proceed to the clinic of your choice. It’s that easy!
You can complete the online portion of WAHOO / Next Check-in™ anytime of the day. Representatives will contact you during NextCare’s Representative Hours (see below). If you submit information outside of NextCare’s Representative Hours, your registration will be processed the next day.
