October 4, 2004, Mesa, Arizona.  Earlier this year negotiations broke down which forced NextCare to terminate their agreement with health insurance provider, United Healthcare. Following months of discussions, an agreement was reached between the parties. NextCare is happy to announce that United Healthcare members will once again be able to utilize NextCare for their urgent care needs beginning Tuesday, October 5th.

The addition of NextCare to United’s panel of urgent care providers is very timely. Effective October 1, 2004, United Healthcare is as an option for the state employees under the new multi network health insurance plan.
