SCHOOL, SPORTS & CAMP PHYSICALS: (See Occupational Medicine page for employment physicals.) Students often need a physical exam prior to attending school, competing in extra curricular sports or going to camp. NextCare Urgent Care offers convenient and thorough walk-in physicals to students 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends, for just $30 (cash payment only, due at time of service). Walk in today to complete your physical quickly and without having to set an appointment.

CONSENT FORM FOR MINORS: Minors (under 18) must bring a completed and signed consent form with them to their NextCare visit in order to receive a physical exam without an adult present. A copy of their parent's/guardian's driver's license must accompany this consent form.

ADDITIONAL PHYSICAL EXAMS: In addition to the physicals mentioned above, NextCare provides a variety of immediate medical exams including: Insurance Certification, Well-Woman Care, Employment Physicals, Pre-Placement Physicals, and DOT/DMV Physicals.
