If you are already in our lobby, just provide the “We Care Specialist” with your contact phone number (mobile phone number is usually the best), stay within a reasonably short drive back to NextCare, and we will call you when your exam room is ready – it’s that simple! If you are at home or work, simply “check in” with NextCare online via www.nextcare.com/wahoo, click on the big WAHOO icon and follow the online directions. After completing the online WAHOO registration, we will call you at your preferred phone number to confirm online check-in and the chosen location
and let you know that an exam room is ready – just for you!

 

No web access? No problem!
Just call 1-888-306-5310 and tell the NextCare representative that you want to take advantage of WAHOO; we will take it from there. After completing a simple pre-registration process, you can wait comfortably and conveniently for the call from NextCare saying “Your exam room is ready!” and then just hurry into NextCare to start feeling better, quickly.
