We invite families with kids to attend an exciting Back-to-School Health and Safety Fair, to help promote year-round safe and healthy habits in the upcoming school year!
Fun activities include: Backpack giveaways, Car seat safety checks by the Phoenix Fire Department, Tour of Southwest Ambulance safety vehicle equipment, FREE Visual Dental exams for children by Magic Smiles Dentistry, face painting and balloon creatures, FREE beverages and healthy snacks from local eateries, promotional giveaways from local pediatric providers in the community and many more!

Available to the first 200 patients at the Florence Blvd. location only. The Florence Blvd. clinic is located at 1683 E. Florence Blvd., Ste 7 Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
Glendale, AZ: August 7th 10:00am - 2:00pm: Back-to-School Sports Physical Event!
NextCare Urgent Care located at 18589 N 59th Ave #101, Glendale, AZ 85308 will be offering special $20 pricing on sports physicals (reduced from the regular price of $45) as part of a back-to-school event hosted by the Arrowhead Ranch Plaza on August 7, 2010 from 10am-2pm. To receive this special offer, visit the above NextCare location on August 7, 2010 anytime during our Saturday business hours from 8am-4pm. If you are not able to be seen for your sports physical that day, please pick up your $25 sports physical coupon during the Back-to-School event from 10am-2pm, to be redeemed at a later date of your choosing. Simply walk-in without an appointment for your sports physical. Each student will need to bring their school’s sports physical form and those under 18 years of age will need to have a parent or guardian present.
