When you visit a NextCare Urgent Care clinic, Full Circle Care ensures you'll experience the highest level of care from all of our providers every step of your visit. We'll make sure we keep you informed throughout the process, and we encourage you to ask questions along the way.

When you visit a NextCare Urgent Care clinic, we understand that you're not feeling your best. That's why our reception staff is always waiting to promptly welcome you in a friendly, professional manner. After all, a smile can have a special healing power all on its own.
At Reception, we will also provide you with a feedback card for you to fill out during your visit, which enables us to ensure we're always providing the best care possible.
Our Check-In process is smooth and efficient, letting us focus on the details so you can focus on feeling better sooner. A simple form requests your health information, and we're happy to help you fill it out should you need assistance. Our goal when checking you in is to keep you resting comfortably until we call you in for the next step of your care and to answer any questions you may have about what comes next.
Triage is the first step towards determining your diagnosis. During this process, one of our caregivers will measure your vital signs and ask questions about your overall health history and your reasons for the visit. This important step provides a baseline of important information that will assist our providers in diagnosing your ailment and providing the best treatment options.
Once you have been triaged by one of our caregivers, you'll be cared for by one of our compassionate, experienced medical providers. The provider may ask additional questions about your health or your ailment, and will thoroughly examine you to determine the proper diagnosis. During this step, additional tests or services may be performed as necessary, including X-rays, blood tests and EKGs, and we'll be sure to explain what we're doing along the way. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have about your tests or diagnosis.
The Care Summation is the best part of Full Circle Care—it means you're on your way to feeling better sooner. Once you've been diagnosed, our caregivers will provide you with a clear explanation of your diagnosis and detailed discharge instructions, whether it's proper injury care or medication dosage. This is the perfect time to ask any final questions about anything that may seem unclear.
Once you're ready to go, we ask that you return your feedback card to Reception
so we can evaluate your suggestions and begin implementing them as soon
as possible.
