WAHOO™ Check-In
Now you can wait wherever you’re most comfortable with our unique WAHOO!™ (Wait At Home or Office ) service – it’s easy and it’s accessible from anywhere. Request to use our WAHOO!™ service either online, over the phone or in person and a NextCare representative will call you to confirm your check-in, then they will call you again when your exam room is ready. Follow the simple steps below depending on which option is most convenient for you.
1) Online Express Form – Fill out the form below and hit “Send Message” to submit. A NextCare representative will call you to confirm your check-in and then they will call you when your exam room is ready.
2) Over the Phone – Give us a call at 1-888-381-4858 and let our customer care representative know you want to take advantage of WAHOO!™. A NextCare representative will confirm your check-in and then they will call you when your exam room is ready.
3) In Person – Come in to any one of our NextCare® Urgent Care medical centers, give one of our friendly team members your contact information, and we’ll contact you when it’s time to come back.
At NextCare® Urgent Care, your place in line is always preserved, whether you’re waiting in our lobby or at a WAHOO!™ location of your choice.
