WAHOO!® Check-In
At NextCare you can choose to wait wherever you would be more comfortable by using WAHOO!®. You also choose how you sign up: Online, over the phone or at the clinic. After submission through our secure online form, you will receive an email confirmation of your check-in, and our friendly staff will contact you to confirm your information and your clinic selection. The clinic you selected will then call you to arrange an estimated visit time.*
*Life-threatening emergencies may alter the order in which a WAHOO!® patient is seen.
- Over the phone – Give us a call at 1-888-381-4858 and let our customer care representative know you want to take advantage of WAHOO!®.
- In person – When you come in to one of our clinics you will be given an estimated wait time. Your place in line will be preserved if you choose to wait off site.
- Secure Online Express Form – Fill out the form below to let us know you want to WAHOO. You will receive an email confirmation of your check-in, and a Customer Service representative will contact you to confirm your information and your clinic selection. The clinic you selected will then call you to arrange an estimated visit time.
