January 13, 2006, Englewood, CO. Looking to avoid the runny nose, aches and pains, sore throat and fever that usually accompany the flu? It’s not too late to get your flu shot. With new cases being diagnosed every day, NextCare invites anyone who did not get their flu shot yet to get immunized now - free of charge. NextCare Urgent Care, a joint venture between NextCare and Centura Health, is offering free flu shots for people at high risk for complications of influenza, as defined by the CDC, and for people who could spread influenza to those at high-risk. In support of the community’s health, NextCare is bearing the cost of vaccinations and there will be no applicable fees. 100 vaccinations are available at each location and will be administered on a first-come, first-serve basis ending when supplies have been exhausted. Free flu shots are available starting Saturday, Jan. 14th at the following NextCare Urgent Care locations: - Aurora Highpoint, 18890 E.
