WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE NEXTCARE CLINIC...
CHECK-IN: To speed up your check-in process, please visit our Web Check-in page, complete the quick process, and bring your complete printed form in with you. For work-related injuries, please visit our Occupational Medicine page. Once you have arrived at the NextCare clinic in your area and signed in, our front office personnel will request the following from you: an Insurance Card, Photo ID, and Co-Pay (Cash or Debit/Credit Cards Accepted).
MEDICAL VISIT: When your name is called for you to be seen, a medical assistant will "triage" you to a private exam room, where they will take an assessment of your vital signs and inquiry of your medical complaint. Next the provider will come in, discuss the reason for your visit with you and examine you. After the provider's exam and treatment is complete, please notify the physician at this time if you would like to purchase your prescription onsite at NextCare before you leave and the front office staff will have this prepared for you promptly.
CHECK-OUT: On your way out of the exam room, as you pass by the check-out area near the front desk, you will receive your aftercare instructions, including a letter for your primary care doctor, along with your prescription (if applicable).
FOLLOW-UP: Your comments and feedback are very important to us! Upon completion of your visit to NextCare, you will receive a brief online survey from us via email. This is NextCare's way of following up with you to ensure you received the best quality of care possible. The survey is strictly confidential and will be reviewed in a timely manner by NextCare management. We encourage you to candidly complete the survey and provide any helpful feedback that will allow us to serve you better in the future. You may also provide comments via our Feedback page or a paper survey at the facility you visited.
Thank you for choosing NextCare Urgent Care and saving the emergency room for those who truly need it. We look forward to serving you.
