ELECTRONIC SURVEY: Upon completion of your visit to NextCare, you will receive a brief online survey from us via email. This is NextCare's way of following up with you to ensure you received the best quality of care possible. The survey is strictly confidential and will be reviewed in a timely manner by NextCare management. We encourage you to candidly complete the survey and provide any helpful feedback that will allow us to serve you better in the future.

PAPER SURVEY: You may also provide comments via a paper survey at any nearby NextCare Urgent Care clinic.

EMAIL NEXTCARE: Provide feedback right now that will be sent directly to NextCare's Patient Liaison and Management Team. NextCare carefully reviews all of our patients' feedback and takes it very seriously.
