I was able to do all necessary papers online before getting there, then I had a short wait in the waiting room, was taken back where my vitals were done & placed in a room where the Doctor immediately came in & took care of me! I was in & out under an hour. The doctor was very sweet and caring to my needs.

Phenomenal service and the doctor was terrific - she listened and worked with me for my issue. 5 stars for that. I would knock off half a star for the price though. Even with insurance it was incredibly expensive.

This was my very first visit to Baylor Scott White Urgent Care. It’s so convenient 8 minutes from my home. The staff was so very nice from front test to , visit with the nurse. The doctor took time to listen to me & help me get out of back and leg pain. I really like her Dr. S. in the Richardson Tx location.5 Star for sure!

"We came here as a walk in and although there was a bit of a wait due to the number of people, it wasnt terrible. Check in was easy and the staff here are great. Once we went back to the patient rooms the process was efficient. This is our go-to urgent care even though it is a bit of a drive for us. Well worth it when things pop up and we can't get into our regular doctor."

I've never been to an urgent care center where I felt so welcomed and so at peace in a time where I feel completely sick and weathered down. The women there were so nice and comforting and understanding and patient with me even when I couldn't describe how I was feeling they never rushed me and they made me feel safe with them and they made me feel OK and helped me find a solution without making me feel dumb for not knowing how to explain how I was feeling. Their customer service is on a level that I've never seen. They when way above and beyond. The compassion that they have for people is extraordinary. I live about an hour away and I would 100% drive to this urgent care every time if it meant that I got the quality of care that they gave me today.

Scheduling was easy, but the wait was a little longer than I expected, especially since I scheduled ahead. The vitals room was a little messy and dusty. It could have been cleaner. The lady at check-in was friendly and welcoming, as was the provider. I would go to this place again.

The Urgentcare was not so busy. I checked in and waited like 20 mins even though the people were nice and friendly. And took care of me in a timely manner.

First, I would like to say that the lady who tended to me was absolutely right about everything she said. She made recommendations which would have proved true had I not been impatient, pain was the motivation. After I left urgent care, I was still concerned that I had a serious issue so I decided to visit an emergency room. Their test was a little more extensive and it all ended in being a strained muscle in my back, as I was told before. One thing, they prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication and gave me a shot for pain while I was there. That was the only real difference that I could see between the two visits. I left the emergency room feeling much better. Still, I will be sure to visit Urgent Care next time I have a need. Your service was commendable.
